#itemsearch doesnt list all items by itself.. try doing #itemsearch Cloth
or something common to see if its in there (the DB isint complete)..
Another thing is, the DB you have may not have come with items (and i know it didnt come with spawns). you need to download this seperately and should be available on the EQEmu SF project site. (

BTW, are you sure your using the latest version of EQemu and the database (0.3.7)? 0.3.7's database does come with items (as does most releases)
