Only Human, Iksar and Drakkin have those armor models available. To all other races, they look like normal leather. I think you could have any class use this texture as long as they are one of those 3 races. But since most other classes can be other races, I am pretty sure there isn't an option for it normally on any class other than Monk, including Beastlord.
