I have seen that before when adding things to globalload. One thing I noticed when it happened to me was that it was certain data that caused the problem. The last time it happened to me it turned out it was some of the models from potorment & potactics that were the culprit. No ideas as to why it occurs but it is fairly easy to work around if you don't mind spending some time with it.
I just added in about 20 lines then loaded up the client to see if any pink men showed up. Then rinse and repeat. If you get pink models you can just narrow it down to what ever line is causing the problem with process of elimination. Of course that is where it gets time consuming.
