Default Server Up for 2 Weeks, Now Won't Connect

Hi all:

Ran into Chardok with the wife on our server and logged out to make some item changes to the warrior epic. We've been playing for a couple weeks now - server restarts multiple times per day.

Suddenly now, I get an error popup when the .bat window reaches Loading zones...

Code:
[09.06. - 12:36:29] Starting Log: logs/eqemu_debug_world_3360.log
[09.06. - 12:36:29] [WORLD__INIT] Loading server configuration..

[09.06. - 12:02:48] [LAUNCHER__INIT] Starting main loop...
I have read the threads about this error. This is what I have done:
  • I first erased the changes I made to the epic.
  • Then I deleted the epic from my inventory using Navicat in the inventory table.
  • Then I restarted the router.
  • Then I downloaded and installed SP4 for SQL2000.... from Microsoft.
  • I made sure my ports specifically for eqemu and my server were all open.
  • I reset my modem AND router.
  • I made sure I had a proper network connection using the wizard.
  • I double-checked my configs.

Still no connection.

Here is my config... though nothing changed since I started the server without hitches this morning...
