Health bars not 100%
Hello all,
Running latest DB and Server windows 7 with Underfoot client on windows 7 currently with only one client logged in.
Created a few characters of different races/classes to make sure it is not just a fluke. After login the character's max health is 75 to 80% will occasionally raise to 100% and lower back down in under a sec to the 75 to 80%. Casting heals will not raise the health and secondary possible connected issue unable to rest. Client will not reset time to rest after an encounter.
Any recommendations? Where should I start looking?
