Ok, so after a few phone calls one to my ISP and the other to Netgear tech support. I have the router set as a DMZ and under NAT filtering I have it set as open. So my router should be wide open. (After talking to Netgear tech support there apparently is no other firewall settings other then the NAT filtering).

As far as ISP, they continually say they dont block any ports. The guy is now doing some checking with the IT dept. to see if there is anything special I am missing. =/
