When i try to turn in gnoll fangs on a server i just launched the npc just hands them back. My friend paslie said she could receive certain quest items from an npc in qeynos (but not all) - she hasnt tried turning anything in yet (i did and it didnt work, they just handed my stuff back).
Any feedback is appreciated - thanks to all the folks earlier who helped me get this far.
