I wanted to update this thread with my findings on my end, not sure what the issues was, but my issues are caused by Remote Debugging after I added my server to the public login.
I moved my server to my development pc, so I run my server and client on the same pc, but still run through the public login, and I no longer have this issue. Just in case anyone else experiences a similar issue.
