From the crashdump it is failing to bind the listen port for some reason. Maybe the port numbers you have specified in the mailserver and chatserver blocks of eqemu_config.xml are in use by another program ?
Youl could try specifying a different port number, or post your eqemu_config.xml with any passwords removed.
