Well,
http://moestaverne.com is taking a while to load, if that's the website the launcher uses.
If you have the required files, then you can always manually connect to the P1999 server through the actual EQ client (See EQEmu/P1999 'Getting Started').
I assume you've previously used the launcher to connect, so you should have the required custom files.
