Making npcs attack each other
I'm building a zone where two sides are at war and I created a new faction for each other, created an NPC faction and had both react aggressively toward each other's primary faction but they don't seem to attack each other.
I'm kos to one side and amiable to the other so I know they're working. I restarted the server a few times and they're still not attacking each other.
I also made sure their run speed wasn't zero.
Am I missing something?
