I'm bringing the server up for testing. Level 1-10 NORMAL diablo loots are dropping 20% chance. You may need to kill 10-15 mobs but it really depends on your luck.
I have a lot of work to do with the other types of lootdrops and the level 10+ drops.
Each level range will have different new items. 1-10 11-20 21-30 and so on.
LEGENDARY will be very rare, from named. Except raid encounters which will ALWAYS drop several legendary items. (Lord Nagafen etc.)
