World Restarts
Hi all,
As I've been working on my custom server I've been wondering something:
What necessitates a world restart?
Just making some observations, I've noticed that some database changes don't really need it. Working with the merc vendors, a #repop in-game would update those so I'm just curious as to what types of changes require world restarts?
