I think you over-reacted.
Look from their perspective.
They have customers ripping them off, thety assume you are one.
They send you a nice formal letter on what to do about it.
You *thought* you were legit, and you were not.
This isn't a reason to attack them.
*shrug* and I didn't take any of those messages as threats to shutdown the server.
Just another guys view.
