I noticed my guild house has an expiration date, I assume I have to pay a upkeep, is there an upkeep and if so how do I pay it? I tried right clicking the door and anything I could try to find to make a payment but can't find where I am looking for.

Or should I ignore the message?

Tried searching in the database for an answer, but the search result came up way too many for me to find the right one, so I apologize for this possible replicated question.
