Personally, I think if there is a "support" post implying something is available (like SMS), but it's no longer available (or functioning), then that "sticky"
should be edited or removed. Until then, those "1200 posts" on this issue will keep multiplying like flys on shit. A simple sticky goes something like this :
Forgot your password ? Forgot your email ? You're screwed, start a different account !!!
