I can't remember if the limit is 60 or 90 seconds..but, that's definitely the issue.
I don't recall seeing that with bots alone..my problem was always with the original map loading code.
Map mmfs kinda went south since navmesh went live (I think..) or, at least since the map directory structure was changed.
EDIT:
I just tested 'gfaydark' and 'moors' (moors was always a problem for my system..) and was able to get in with bots enabled
and without map mmfs. It took a little longer, as expected, but no timeout.
Bots do add a couple of seconds to zone start-up due to the dynamic list creation of available spells for bot commands.
That, in itself, shouldn't be causing the timeout issue, though...
