I followed the instructions and patched it and ran the Launch batch file. I pressed ALT-ENTER to go full screen and changed the video mode successfully.

Problem I am having now is for some reason it intermittently keeps switching back to windowed mode. I then press ALT-ENTER again and move the mouse and then click in the game and it switches back to windowed mode.

Driving me crazy.

But wow this brings back a lot of memories. I first started playing Everquest with the Scars of Velious expansion. I look forward to torturous leveling again, and traveling for a half an hour across zones without Spirit of Wolf. lol.
