Default Blue quest/task marker



This thing is driving me crazy. As far as I can tell, it's not a door, object, NPC, zone script element, global script element, or even something in the map's s3d/eqg file. I want to know how to manipulate these enigmatic particle effects.

Anyone know how to do this?
