I made a EQEmu Tool for it to be easy to boot up your server and no it doesn't boot up the loginserver unless in the boot5zones.bat. Here it is at
http://www.kekra.net/EQEmuServer%20Easy%20Boot%20Up.exe. Put it in your server files and with the FQAdmin.exe and make a shortcut on your desktop.
