Ohh Man, this is sad.
Being new to EQEmu I spent last 20 + hours non stop redoing database, trying different versions of Emulator and reinstalling EQ over and over again. Kept getting stuck in the same spot error 1017... dumped back to server setup screen.
Unknown opcode or something like that. But after I tried to login into 'eqlogin1.eqemu.net' I realized that it wasn't the emulator nor my setup. It was EQ Client. Damned patch.... and even though I can bypass it, I still need to get old patch somewhere to make it work. I just found out about EQEmu and EQ has been deleted off my HD for while I am SOL.
Well I guess my only option is to wait for new release of EQEmu that will work with the latest patched version of EQ Client at which point after getting things to work I'll just burn that crap onto a CD. :idea:
