You patched EQ to the newest version.
http://forums.eqemu.net/viewtopic.php?p=29896 , a patcher is out, try that and see if it helps, I haven't downloaded it, but I heard instructions come with the file
Also, you should do what I do, make 2 EQ folders, when a patch comes, just patch 1 of the folders, if it don't work, don't patch the other :P
