1. Now has new race and item visual text files.

2. Now supports the new .TGA icons (if available), which enables Planes of Power item icons. The code is now very flexible, and will search for all DRAGITEM*.TGA files in uifiles\default\, and will use whatever it finds. It's also flexible in the way it treates the TGA files and can handle files of various sizes (i.e., they don't have to be the same resolution/contain the same number of icons).
