I am encountering this error when trying to patch back from a fresh install while using eqemu's Patcher program.
I am currenly running on Windows 98SE. I have updated the Mdac as was specified.
Other than that the only information I can supply is as follows:

Virgin Installs of Everquest, RoK, SoV and SoL - in that order
Ran built in patch program.
Ran advanced patching checking ROK, Vellious and Luclin.
Ran Verify Patch.
Installed EqEmu Patch Program to c:\everquest\
Ran patch.ece and recieved an error after no activity for 20 seconds.
Run-time error '-2147287038 (80030002)': File C:\Program Files\EverQuest\Patcher.dat cannot be found

I have searched the boards for others recieving this problem recently and have seen no working solutions.
Are there any suggestions that I might be able to try?
