This
should work, if the only problem is the LoY files. Also, all you have to do to get EQlive working again, is patch it.
1. First, go here,
http://www.eqemu.net/index.php?patcher and download the EQemu patcher program if you havent already.
2. Next, patch EQemu with it.
3. If you don't have EQwindows, get it, here,
http://www.eqwindows.com. At least, it just makes life easier.
4. Now, this is where stuff gets different, go here,
http://elnounch.narod.ru/ and download that file, EQUI_animations, and unzip it to your EverQuest/Skins/Default folder. (I don't know if distributing this one file is considered warez, as thats not my site, and EQlive just patches right over it)
5. Now, without patching, ANYTHING, run EQw, or another way of running EQ without patching either the EQLive, or EQemu patcher.
This should work, it worked for me at least, by replacing the interface files to one of an older EQ version. I suggest saving the EQUI_animations file, as I'm not sure if its warez, and could be taken off the web someday.
Hope that helps.
