[Status] Loading npc faction lists

Error in DBLoadNPCFactionLists: More than MAX_NPC_FACTIONS factions returned, flid=1
another problem is after I load in the worlddb and the itemsbooks the items themsleves still seem to be missing from the server a #search finds nothing and all the NPC vendors are empty.
