I had this problem in my server for Befallen and Solb, I changed the zone safe point to a point that wasn't off the map
It is quite easy to do but took me 2 days to figure out :(
Just change the safe spot to a good hallway or close to the zone edge just make sure the place is safe and is not in a wall or you will crash.
