I have unlimited incoming and local outgoing. It costs the same as home phone service. Too bad the carrier is filing for bankruptcy :(
I didn't have home phone before my roommate moved in. It was entirely useless. But sometimes it's nice to have a backup when I forget to charge the battery in my cell phone.
