OK Before I came back and read this I downloaded the 44dr1.zip and tried it. It helped out some. I'll go get that zip file too just to be safe. Here is where I am at now. It show's my server name finally, but I read locked and I can't log into the server. I get a 1017 error instead when I try logging on. I am still reading around, but haven't spotted anything yet that really goes into what I am trying to do. I know I am over looking something, but haven't quiet put my thumb on it yet. I bet it's probably something simple too. Anyway I gotta crash now. I been up all night playing with this thing. Don't supose you have any sugestions? Either way thanks for helping me man.
Note: I did try what was stated in this post below and it told me it can't access db.ini so mabye that will shed some light on it. I haven't really found anything so far with someone having that issue yet.
