When I type -
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* to '%'@localhost IDENTIFIED BY '%';
I get ......
ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: '@127.0.0.1' <using password: no>

Now what I have done is instead using the 4.4 db from
http://www.eqemu.com/Guide.htm that I was getting mass errors from so I went in IRC chat and got with Dread and he gave me a link for a NEW db which I downloaded and I actually am at step 7 outa 10 so Im further than before.

Whats causing this error?
Also World.exe opens at this time and gives me mass errors over a 1 second period then closes before I can read the arrors. I do not know if this is because I have YET to finish all 10 steps and am trying to open it before its ready. Looking for help PLEASE!
