The "patchme method" simply involves going to
Run under the
Start Menu, and typing (include quotes):
"
Your EQemu EverQuest Directory\eqgame.exe" patchme
For example, if your EQemu EverQuest Directory is C:\Program Files\FreeQuest\, it would be written:

"C:\Program Files\FreeQuest\eqgame.exe" patchme
The "patchme method" is not a program, but just a way of running eqgame.exe. Like the previous poster said, you can just download the EQemu patcher if you can't get this method to work.
