the non combart zones.. there are only 3 in the game, the nexus, plane of knowledge and plane of tranquility... main purposwe if like a safe haven for people, look at the nexus, its a hub for ports, KEI, AGEO, VIRTUE, etc....
btw currently yhe way iv added them are in the zone tablwe and are loaded at zone bootup =)
