hmm i thought the bazaar u could duel and attack, never tested it really, but your prob right, just no combat, i knwo you duel.. as for the pvp in areas of zones,.. not sure ill have to look into it..
btw if im missing any non combat zones (from live) post them here, these ones i know for sure
