if she even has an internal IP like 192.168.0.x then she has a router (i'm pretty sure). Tell her to go to 192.168.0.1 and try and find the virtual server/port forwarding section (might be in another section called advanced) and forward the ports "7990 to 7999" (for 10 zones, change 7990 to 7980 for 20 zones), ports "5999 to 5999" (I think), and ports "9000". That should do the trick! If thats confusing, reply and I can detail it more. (I didn't have much sleep either last night)
