I have discovered that when I have problems with any of the 3rd party tools. I do what I can with them then use MS Access to do the rest.
I have created an ODBC connection to my database. This allows me to use standard tools with my database. I then connect to my database using access and directly modify or repair problems in the database. I use Office XP and the version of access that came with it seems to work well with the database.
I can also sort by whatever category I want within the table structure as well as run query's and searches. Try other methods if the one you are trying keeps getting errors.
