Duke Nukem Forever
As this game is never coming out, there is a lot of 'hype' up about it. If any news were to come out about one coming out, a lot of people would be informed, it would be all over the web, and even in magazines.
So why is it not some people get together, create one, get the licenses, and release it? They'd get tons of money if they produced a half decent game just because the name has so much on it.
