The latest db.sql and CVS code has this named 'gukta', likely the cause of your problem.

This happens each time I load up because I'm too lazy to go through and create entries in start_zones. The defaults work just fine, except a couple of races that start up trapped in a tiny jail cell containing a painting of a cat
