The latest EQLive client does not work with any public version of EQEMu. We expect 0.5.0 DR3 to work with this client.
The ETA for a DR3 release is when we finish it. It will be considered "finished" just as soon as it is ready to be released, which is just as soon as we finish it. Hope this helps to clear things up!
