Kai, where is your cvs.exe installed ? What is your PATH. If you follow Merth's guide, cvs.exe is installed to c:\eqeqmu\cvs\wincvs\CVSNT. Adding c:\EqEmu\cvs\wincvs to your path won't find it, adding c:\eqeqmu\cvs\wincvs\CVSNT will. Maybe they changed the cvs distribution after Merth posted the guide, or maybe I'm a tard
