Alright ive done and downloaded everything correct so far, I think my problem might be that wincvs mysql and zlib are not on my c drive but my extra e drive, but stay with me
I enter the new %path% commands, correcting the lines and replacing e with c because, as i stated, they are on the e drive
when i go to command prompt and enter the text needed, "cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/eqemu login" I get a the "'cvs' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" and no i did not forget to edit it
I am running windows xp and a few possible things occured to me.
A) Since the variables preceeding the new entered variables are all based on "c:" i am getting my errors from that.
or
B) The tutorial is slightly different than what my operating system is.
I tried to be as detailed about my problem as possible, any insight on this would be great! Thanks guys. your awesome
