I was wondering if i was reading this correct...

Code:

		if (mylevel &lt;=10)

			chancetohit = (chancetohit > 0) ? chancetohit+50:50;

		else if (mylevel &lt;=20)

			chancetohit = (chancetohit > 0) ? chancetohit+40:40;

		else

			chancetohit = (chancetohit > 0) ? chancetohit+30:30;

Does this mean that level 10 has a, well, slight boost to chancetohit. Degrading untill level 21, where you would pick up natural ability. or am i upside down on this? less of a chance at lower levels?
