Look at
http://www.everquestserver.com/item....E5Ljc1MTE2ODk= the updated date is 2003-09-12 , this is from before the data structure change that added those four new flags. Now look at
http://www.everquestserver.com/item....QyLjMyNDA5NjAy that is from after the data structure change.
The new flags are only going to be set in items that were collected after the change.
