There are ways of linking two ADSL lines together.
For those that understand, most ADSL lines use ATM as L2 protocol, so there are ADSL modems that actually use a form of IMA to bond the two bandwidths together. One modem, two ADSL lines going into the modem, one ethernet going to your network.
You can also get a router that is capable of load sharing between multiple default gateways. Nothing under $500 comes to mind though.
I'd suggest that you see what your ADSL provider is willing to do for you. You may find that just bumping up your upstream bandwidth will do the trick (and it'll likely be cheaper to boot). Might as well get static IP address/es as well while you're at it.
