yes im afraid 7 ppl is usually the max, sometimes up to 20 ppl
. Not a whole lot eh? And no there arnt many other ppl in the locked servers (or are there? DUN DUN DAAAA... :P ), they are used for testing for the devs. So the only way to get in to a locked server is to steal a devs account one way or another.
