I am having the exact same issue. I just updated to DR5, DR4 worked fine, but when I went up to DR5 with todays cvs, I ended up not listing in the loginserver... I have rebooted the server many times. I have waited a long time, still not listing...
I am getting a ton of these errors too:
17382 [11.10. - 13:03:09] Expecting OP_SendLoginInfo, got 23a
on the worldserver...
I don't know what to do now...
