Which is true of course! This is what I meant when I implied that maybe this discussion should be about EQ in general.

I did want to play a computer game and have fun doing it. There's nothing actually productive about it, admittedly. However I was simply disappointed about how my try to make use of this offer turned out to be a waste of time. At least I regard it that way. I mean no insult to any player nor Sony.

At least now you are aware of my whole story (and opinion): you need lots and _lots_ of time to be able to enjoy EQ adequately. And many people just don't have - or cannot spare - that time. Which is imho very unfortunate.

I am not at all biased negatively against Sony or Everquest. I had just hoped to get a few hours of fun out of it. But the game unfortunately just didn't satisfy this expectation for me. :cry:
