This is becuase your Char cant connect to the zone it is in.
Make another char, log on to it and type #NPCMOVE (CHARNAME) (ZONENAME)
If it is the frist time playing on that server it means the server had problems with its zones.
You should try to log on to the server with more then 2 people on it
