Does that go for the pre-velious hate? or the post velious hate? I would prefer either of those over the post POP hate

Using the new Geographic hate would totally ruin the oldworld vibe, & thats completely the last thing that i want to do.
Also i looked at the spawn guide and i have to thank you because untill now i havent had the best record(s) to work with. These'll work awsomely.
If the only way to use one of the older hates is to distribute it to the users, is there a possible way to make it "legal" so to speak?
If not then this is a bummer.
