It seems like when using IE, you need to do 2 things:
a. Open the link in a new window
and
b. Click the back button
It seems to default to 'PerfectNav' for me, I just click the back button and it sends me to the page. Once on the page, click on this:
Agree to these terms and continue to download DR3
Then have fun creating the server.
Note: This method works sometimes, you may have to redo it a couple times before it works.
