First did you create an account at
http://eqemu.org/login put those in your loginserver.ini under username and password. Your eqhost.txt file should point to eqlogin.eqemu.org Then run either "eqgame patchme" or "eqw" and login using the same above mentioned username and password.
Alternativly you can try local only access using the minilogin
posted about 3 days ago in this forum, grab that and run it before running world.exe You will need to edit loginserver.ini and eqhost.txt to point to 127.0.0.1 instead of eqlogin.eqemu.org and 199.222.160.75 And no username or password in loginserver.ini
